What a difference a shake makes. Starting off my mornings with my shake and greens has made a tremendous difference in how I go about my day as far as food is concerned. Taking my shake and greens in the morning, sets the tone for my day. I feel satisfied and it helps me keep my food choices in perspective. After drinking my shake and greens, I just feel great. I feel like I have made a healthy choice for my body and this encourages the rest of my eating throughout the day. In fact, the shake curbs my appetite. Definitely......to shake.
